Dilaterol, known as Clenbuterol (or Ventipulmin) is a very powerful sympathomimetic drug that stimulates beta-2 receptors in the body. This action opens up restricted airways and also upregulates body temperature and metabolism. It is commonly, and incorrectly believed to directly attack fat tissue and have anabolic qualities. However, it is very effective in aiding the fat-burning process, especially when used with other compounds such as Cytomel (T3) and Ephedrine. It is regularly used by bodybuilders during a cutting phase of a steroid cycle and by anyone looking to shed unwanted body fat.

Clenbuterol use quickly leads to desensitization, making the drug less and less effective. So it is typically administered daily for two weeks, followed by two weeks off, to resensitize before using it again. Desensitization can be countered with the drug Ketotifen, or Benadryl which is easier to the source is an over-the-counter drug. Nightly use of Benadryl (or Ketotifen) can allow continued daily use of Clenbuterol without desensitization occurring for significantly longer. 

NOTE: There is no “miracle” fat loss steroids or diet. To properly lose weight (ideally body fat, not muscle and/or water) requires a healthy diet where you remain in a calorie deficit (consuming fewer daily calories than you expend). Sufficient weekly exercise (via weight training and cardio) is also required to both build muscle and expedite fat loss. Getting adequate recovery and sleep (7-9 hours per night) is equally important.
