Oxanadrol, known as Anadrol (Oxymetholone), is a DHT-derived steroid that is arguably the strongest compound available. It is also C17-alpha alkylated like most oral steroids to survive being metabolized in the liver after oral ingestion. Unfortunately, this makes Oxanadrol and\u00a0 most other oral steroids hepatotoxic (liver toxic). Oxanadrol is one of the most toxic orals available and can lead to a number of negative side effects. However, this compound is a favorite of professional athletes, bodybuilders and powerlifters for a reason. Its acute strength and short half-life offer almost instant results, so it is commonly taken as a pre-workout drug. Oxanadrol offers quick, predictable results, including increased strength, energy, and a strengthened immune system. It is even safe for female use due to Oxanadrol not binding to Sex-Hormone-Binding-Globulin (SHBG) receptors, which keeps active testosterone levels lower which prevents an environment for virilization to occur. Aromatase Inhibitors (AIs) do not affect dihydrotestosterone (DHT) derived anabolic steroids, as they do not convert to estrogen. Interestingly, Anadrol is the exception, as it does not aromatize, but is very estrogenic in nature. A Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) would be needed to counter estrogenic side effects for this steroid.<\/p>\n
